Additionally, Onto Innovation matches charitable donations of our employees each year, supporting the organizations that impact our community the most.
Our partnership with SWE provides women engineers opportunities to connect with our company and industry. Members have been invited to tour our cleanroom, meet key employees, and to hear from our top executives.
Our partnership with STEMatch is a nationwide program providing students from lower-income communities with the opportunity to explore careers in STEM. Our company-school collaboration invites students to our facilities to learn about the semiconductor industry straight from our Onto Innovators. We have been privileged to host local middle schoolers to our headquarters for hands-on experiences and educational opportunities within the field.
Each intern season, Onto Innovation hires university students across the world to join our team, on-site at our global office locations. These roles typically include engineering, operations, quality, marketing, finance and more. At Onto, interns are guided by their mentors to reach success, drive innovation and tackle real company projects.
Onto’s typical internship season runs from June until August, but we provide flexibility to accommodate all schedules. Our internships are 40 hours/week, in-person and provide a competitive hourly pay rate.
